Shopping Guide

1. Countries that can be shipped
All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

All products are shipped from warehouses in Japan.

2.Shipping fee
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Import duties, taxes and customs fees
Items purchased from overseas through our store are considered personal imports and may be subject to import duties and consumption taxes (including value-added tax) on your order once it reaches its destination. Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping price. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Duties and taxes are determined by the customs office of the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, import duties and taxes are assessed based on the order amount and the duty-free threshold (if any) of the goods being imported into the destination country.
Payment of customs duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and these charges will be collected at the time of delivery.

You will also be responsible for return shipping and handling charges for prohibited items. Please note that according to our company regulations, we do not accept returns or refunds due to unpaid customs duties.

For more information, please check the import laws of the destination country and contact your local customs office.

4. Shipping status
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you do not receive your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number.

5.Delivery schedule & method
In Stock - 5 to10 days.
Out of Stock - 1 to 3 months.

- RETURN POLICY -
If you need to return an item, please provide your original order number and details of the item you wish to return. Please return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused or unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

- Damages and problems -
When you receive your order, please check it and contact us within 3 days of receiving the item if it is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. Then evaluate and fix the problem.
We cannot respond if more than 3 days have passed.

- exchange -
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, you will need to contact our customer service team to return your order and place a new order.

- Refund -
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us via this page.

Please note that refunds are only applicable to processed returns and we are not obligated to refund unauthorized returns.

If you receive a damaged/defective/wrong item, we will refund the item amount, original shipping charges, and any duties and taxes included in your original order payment.

Returns that are not damaged/defective/wrong items, original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are not eligible for a refund. You will also be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product to us.
